I was born and grew up in England, near Liverpool. I graduated from Durham University with a degree in Computing and Philosophy.
I have lived in Camden, London, Manchester, Cambridge and Chester. I worked for banks in the city of London, Rio de Janeiro Brazil and Cairo Egypt.
After leaving England permanently, I have moved to Gijon, Asturias, Spain and retrained as a Teacher. I have lived here since 2012 and I married a beautiful local Spanish Lady. My other hobbies include cooking (I like cooking more than eating!), computing (I design websites to help my students and teaching), keeping fit (I ran the Gijon half Marathon) and teaching. 😊

Nací y crecí en Inglaterra, cerca de Liverpool. Me gradué en la Universidad de Durham con un título en Informática y en Filosofía.

I like repairing vehicles, restoring a 1972 VW Campervan before taking it round Europe. I also do my own maintenance on my motorbike and Mercedes SLK.

I enjoy travelling and have been round the world, climbing to Everest Base Camp in Nepal, spending six months in Australia and a year in India.
